I have a telephone interview with estee lauder, anyone got any tips etc on passing and what questions they ask?

They will ask questions such as this:





1. How familiar are you with our product line?


2. Which, if any, of our products do you currently use?


3. Are you able to cold call clients to set up appointments?


4. Can you approach clients for makeovers?


5. Will you be able to keep up with your sales quota?


6. Can you balance your DBR? (Daily Business Record)


7. Are you looking for a future with this company?


8. Are you a motivated, outgoing salesperson?

Stay calm and do not be witty, they can not read your body language. Try not to Umm at the beginning of answering any questions. Talk accurately so that there is no confusion over what you say.
