Can I return my Estee Lauder make-up?

I bought mascara from an Estee Lauder make-up counter that was like $25, and its certainly not worth the money. Could I return it with the receipt if I've already worn it?Can I return my Estee Lauder make-up?
Any department store will let you return your make up even if you have used it as long as you have a receipt. If you don't they'll just give you credit and can buy anything in that department.Can I return my Estee Lauder make-up?
