MAC has amazing eyeliner and eyeshadow i especially luv there gel eyeliner fluidline once u put it on it stays put and doesn't smudge it costs bout $15 or $18 and the eyeshadow costs anywhere from like $16 to $36

Try to use primer before applying any makeup. I tried many eyeliner and the best one so far is Fluidline (use eyeliner brush) and Almay everlasting eyeliner. The more you pay for an eyeshadow which means the stay power is longer. Try Mac/ Nars/Stella for good selection of colors and good staying power. Your best bet is go to sephora and try on all different kind of brands before buying.
you need to get a primer, i use one by urban decay. it helps to keep your eyeshadow from fading. You can get it on ebay, sephora or urban decay.

online it can be really cheap but watch out for high shipping cost. if you want it right away then go to a sephora store.
