It depends on the volume of business the counter does. You will make a base hourly salary (probably around $10-12) plus a commission. There is a lot of pressure on the sales consultants to make their goals- especially during gift time. It can be a great job- but to make good money you will need to work when the counter is the busiest which means almost all weekends. If you get a manager position you will also make a percentage of the counter's total sales.
