Well, I would expect it to depend on 2 things. Experience and also if the position is paid with comissions or not. If it does involve comissions then the hourly wage the department store would pay will be lower because you are expected to make up wages based on sales. And of course, experience in sales and cosmetics will factor in.
No i don't know but how old do you have to be.
